Uses Google's slow / stopped traffic bands along the route to estimate the queue. Charged at Google's higher rate, so only turn on where it's needed. Put Point A far enough back to cover the longest expected queue.

Dynamic polling – poll faster while a queue is detected (extra Google requests)

Poll every Start when queue is at least (m)

Dynamic polling starts when the measured queue reaches this length and returns to the normal polling interval once the queue drops below it. Only the queuing period costs extra.
